Kallie has over 38 years’ experience in the Technology industry of which 37 years was with Telkom. His first 25 years he spent as an installer and then as a Network Specialist and the last 12 years as Project Manager controlling the ATN Backbone business case of which the ISAM/MSAN roll out was one of his responsibilities. He now holds position at Telstar Technology with the responsibility for all projects in the Southern Region. He is also responsible for the pricing and Quoting for various technologies.

Michelle has over 19 years’ experience as an Installation Technician and Planner at Telkom prior to Telstar Technology. Michelle is responsible for all Telstar Technology Engineering and Planning activities and assists when required on the build side of the operation. Michelle has a compliment of 6 planners reporting to her. She was involved in the Planning and Build on the NGSDH, Metro Ethernet, MSAN/ISAM, 2 MEG, GPON, SAR-8/F T5C, SAS D, SAS E, TP500, IMAX, DTE, ITBM, ICE G and other technologies. She also attends site survey visits for all technologies.

Chris has over 30 years in the Technology industry including spells with STC, Armscor and MTN. He also completed a tour of duty in Mozambique for another service provider before joining Telstar Technology in 2007. Chris is currently responsible for the Metro Ethernet projects on a Turnkey Basis including commissioning and Integration in the Gauteng and North Eastern Regions. He is also involved with the MSAN and the ISAM in the Gauteng Region. His role with Telstar Technology remains the same.

Jonathon has 9 years’ experience in the Technology industry. He is the network specialist in the Western, Eastern and Southern Region and oversees the installation of Metro Ethernet, ISAM/MSAN, DC Power, SAR-8, NGN-SDH, Microwave, GPON and is also responsible for all the Commissioning and Integration of these technologies. He also attends site survey visits for most of the technologies. His role with Telstar Technology remains the same.

Andre has 25 years’ experience in the Technology industry. He is the network specialist in the Southern Region and oversees the installation of Metro Ethernet, ISAM/MSAN, DC Power, SAR-8, NGN-SDH, Microwave, GPON and is also responsible for all the Commissioning and Integration of these technologies. Andre has also had a vast knowledge of OSP regarding trenching and hauling of copper and Fibre cables. His role in Telstar Technology remains the same.

Michelle has worked in the industry for 19 years and has progressed to having been appointed as Admin Manager for Telstar Technology. Michelle's main functions include invoicing, debtors, Creditors, Finances and some HR functions. She is based in Gauteng but handles all the company admin functions electronically from there. Her role with Telstar Technology remains the same.
